Business Platform Manager

Main tasks and responsibilities

We are looking for a Business Platform Manager with strong project management skills to manage IT projects related to integrating new systems and data.

This is a newly established role placed in our Business Insights team, where you will be responsible for advising on how to select and implement the right systems and driving cross-department IT projects in cooperation with our software developers and internal stakeholders (E.g. Sales, Marketing, Support, and Legal). 

 

Furthermore, you will be responsible for

  • Developing and maintaining an overview of our data and system infrastructure

  • Advising other departments in how to integrate new systems with the right data setup

  • Help to improve processes, drive data-driven decisions and continuously seek to reduce costs across the organization

  • Delivering projects that optimize our current system platforms

  • Training new employees in using our tools

 

About you

We need a team member who is comfortable with taking the lead and can engage in the dialogue with the business stakeholders and understand their platform and system needs. 

You have strong communication and stakeholder management skills and have the ability to convey technical issues and solutions in an easy-to-understand way. 

You should be able to work from the office in Copenhagen. 

 

Qualifications

  • Relevant higher education (IT, business, project management, or similar)

  • A couple of years experience within the same field

  • Detail-oriented and place great emphasis on structure and thoroughness in your work and deliverables

  • Ability to understand how platforms and IT can support the organization in the best way

  • Technical understanding and knowledge of IT systems and integrations

  • Strong understanding of IT projects and project management
