Digital Designer for Visma e-conomic

Do you identify yourself as a creative digital designer who thrives working within fast paced project teams as well as independently? And do you at the same time understand how to create on-brand, easily understandable visuals for a software company with a fairly technical product? Then look no further! There’s a pretty good chance that you’re the one we are looking for to come join our Upsales & NPS team at Visma e-conomic.  

Main tasks and responsibilities

As Digital Designer at Visma e-conomic, you’ll have a central role as co-responsible for the design area - as well as contribute with ideas and input to the work and areas of others. You will mainly work within various digital channels such as email, web, in-app, SoMe etc. However, if you are skilled offline, this would also come in handy occasionally. 

Your main tasks and responsibilities includes

• Conceptualise campaigns and new product releases

• Execute visuals for various projects, tasks and campaigns (e.g. illustrations, icons, hero images etc) in correlation with our visual identity 

• Owning the tasks from start to completion

• Contribute to the update/creation of brand guidelines

• Being highly proactive and taking the lead design role in project - and expert groups

• Naturally taking responsibility for the visual field and working seamlessly across various specialist areas/teams and aforementioned channels 

• Challenging the existing to continuously raise the bar

About you

As a professional, you are passionate about your discipline and find it intriguing how to visually convey a product easily to our customers. Additionally, you possess a high drive and a positive approach to your tasks, whether big or small. You are a team player with capital “T” with great social skills that naturally encourages, motivates and supports your colleagues. You are not afraid of being in the front line and furthermore, you:

• Have intermediate experience working with design and visual identity, ideally 3+ years

• Have a sharp eye for design, the details and a strong can-do mindset 

• Have a big passion for producing fantastic material for all our channels as this is a vast part of the job

• Have a natural talent for typography, colour theory and understanding of composition

• Are well-versed in digital design trends and on the forefront of all the digital possibilities 

• Have a profoundly understanding of the business perspectives of working in a marketing team, hereunder a commercial take on design

• Are a pro in the Adobe Suite, i.e. InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator (other tools such as XD/Sketch, After Effects etc. may be needed for some tasks)

• Are determined to visually make Visma e-conomic’s values, vision and mission come to life

You’ll be part of the Upsales & NPS team along with 11 other skilled specialists, reporting to the Head of Upsales & NPS. Our noblest task is to build and maintain happy customers through relevant communication covering onboarding, usage and upsales, and we span over the disciplines: content/copy, design, marketing automation, performance, data and project management. However, you’ll also get to do plenty of work with and across other teams as well.
