Do you have experience with marketing automation, a strong drive for working with customer data and a talent for converting these into effective 1:1 campaigns? Then you now have the opportunity to become a part of one of Denmark’s strongest software brands.

 

Our Marketing Automation specialist is going on maternity leave, and we are now looking for an experienced maternity cover who can convert customer data into insights and help create relevant communication to all of our customers on a daily basis.

 

In this role you will be working with

  • Marketing Automation related tasks, such as designing, mapping and executing customer journeys

  • Definition and selection of segments for marketing campaigns

  • Execution of 1:1 campaigns in our customer-oriented channels

  • Development and setup of new, automated customer programmes in our marketing automation system (Eloqua)

  • Ensuring efficient use of data and customer insights in campaign activities

  • Participation in the development of new automation options across all channels

 

We imagine that you have

  • Experience with campaign execution and development of customer lifecycle - and upsales programmes

  • Hands-on experience in developing and setting up automated programmes

  • Great data, segmentation and system understanding

  • Knowledge of Eloqua or similar marketing automation platform (e.g. Adobe Campaign or Salesforce Marketing Cloud)

  • A few years of experience from a similar position.

Who we are

You will be part of the “Upsales & NPS” department. We run a wide range of communication and marketing activities targeted towards our customers. The team consists of 13 people who work together every day to create great experiences in digital channels for our customers – mainly through email campaigns/programmes and in-app communication.

 

Our specialties range from copywriting, design, customer insights, performance management, campaign management, email marketing and video production. Therefore, you will get the chance to work with a wide range of skilled colleagues that handle everything from concept development and design to final implementation of customer communications.
