Tech Recruiter

Are you a driven and curious recruiter who enjoys learning about technology and working with brilliant engineers? Are you proactive, sociable and get a “kick” out of matching people with their future dream jobs? Then you might be the perfect match for the position as a Tech Recruiter.

At Visma e-conomic, we are scaling the business and therefore, looking for a Tech Recruiter and a kick-ass team member to drive the full recruitment cycle for our roles within technology and product development. We expect you to be the expert on recruitment, and you will therefore be given the freedom to work creatively to attract the best talent. 

 

In this role, you will:

  • Develop and execute highly effective strategies to recruit and select qualified candidates in and outside of Denmark.

  • Keep up with Tech trends in order to know what profiles to recruit.

  • Work with our HRBP for Products to drive an effective and streamlined interview process, including candidate sourcing, interviewing, reference checks and closing of candidates.

  • Work very closely with the team you recruit for to make sure we get the right talent on our team.

  • Filter candidates to match the job requirements and our company values.

  • Represent the company in all interactions with potential candidates, including networking events, local Meetups and career fairs.

  • Handle multiple job requisitions simultaneously; as you will be working in a high growth environment.

 

We are looking for someone with:

  • 5+ years of a successful track-record as a Recruiter, where a minimum of 2 years have been in Technical recruitment. Alternatively, technical background and minimum 2 years of Tech recruitment.

  • We do not expect that you can code, but we expect curiosity and interest.

  • Ability to maintain a pool of passive candidates by creatively networking on LinkedIn etc.

  • Strong networking and sourcing skills; utilizing traditional and innovative recruitment methods as well as social media tools.

  • Well-developed interview and assessment skills, and strong interpersonal and relationship building skills 

  • Fluent or native English speaker. Danish is a plus, but not a requirement

In the team we are a Student Assistant, a Recruiter, two HR Consultants, four HR Business Partners and an HR Director. Amongst others, the team includes one who has had lunch with Oprah, one with royal blood in her veins, a medalist from the World Championships in inflatable boat sailing, an experienced jazz ballet dancer and a true animal lover who always welcomes office dogs with open arms….
