If you have a thing for post-its, love kick-starting a meeting with a fun slightly awkward ice breaker and get a kick out of testing your work with others, then look no further! We are looking for an energetic user experience designer to join our UX & Design team in Copenhagen.
Cross-collaboration is key which means you daily will be working closely together with developers, product owners and stakeholders to improve existing workflows, adding new features and solving problems. One week you might be working on solving a bug, the other rethinking a high level customer flow. In other words, you are not afraid to get your hands dirty and love a good challenge.
Besides improving e-conomic as a product you will join forces together with the rest of our skilled user experience designers to mature our design system, improve every step in the customer journey and spread the UX spirit!
The UX team currently consist of a cat lover, a biking geek, a popstar look-a-like, a sweet italian guy, a company owner, a gamer, a fast walker, a basketball player and you? :)
Be part of the UX & Design team located in Copenhagen scaling the team size to nine in total. Together we will evangelize UX and push for a design thinking approach.
Daily work with developers, business analysts and product owners to align expectations and ensure the customers' voice are part of every decision.
Test and validate ideas, hypothesis, and prototypes with our users
Spot pain-points and take action on solving them by involving stakeholders to broaden the perspective and validate with customers
Turn great ideas into prototypes and help build the final product
Facilitate creative workshops to solve challenging problems. Magic might happen.
Apply your UX toolbox filled with different research techniques and know how to get meaningful insights through qualitative and quantitative research
You are not afraid of being in the front line and you see opportunities instead of problems. You are a curious soul who finds it interesting to know why people are using a product and learn who is the person behind the other side of the screen. You can quickly get under the skin of our customers’ complex workflows and turn this complexity into simplicity. And one last thing; you somewhat like one of these three things: drag queens, animals, or bad jokes.
Practical experience with different ideation and research methodologies
The ability to facilitate, structure and drive workshops with customers and co-workers
Expertise in all levels of sketching, wireframing and prototyping across various tools, including whiteboards, paper napkins, Sketch or Adobe Illustrator.
A fact-driven mindset, use data from customer interactions and use insights to support your wireframes
A sincere interest in talking with customers
A highly developed eye for design and aesthetics
A very structured and detailed approach to your work
A positive mindset and a can-do attitude
A 2-3 years professional experience proven track-record of your previous work
You are excellent at communicating in English (written and oral) and Danish (oral).
